By the technology marketplace — providers pay us a referral or partner fee when a client selects them. Clients pay nothing for advisory, sourcing, or negotiation work. This model is standard across the strategic distribution partner ecosystem and is fully disclosed in our engagement agreement.

Are you vendor-neutral if vendors pay you?

Yes. We carry 300+ providers across every category, and our compensation does not vary enough between providers to bias a recommendation. Clients see every option that fits, including providers who pay us less.

What size client do you serve?

Mid-market: typically $25M–$2B in revenue, with annual IT spend between $250K and $25M. We also support select enterprise engagements on a project basis.

How long is a typical engagement?

Initial diagnostic: 2–4 weeks. Full sourcing engagement: 60–120 days. Ongoing optimization: continuous via retainer.
