Each new restaurant opening required juggling permits, construction, power, advertising, and last-minute voice and data setup. Broadband and cable providers were sourced site by site, and the on-site phone system added cost and complexity. Internal IT was stretched thin across hundreds of vendor relationships.
Solution
C2XCEL standardized all locations on a single network and voice provider, added backup connectivity that doubles as guest Wi-Fi, and migrated the on-site phone system to a hosted platform for fast number and equipment provisioning. Vendor relationships were reduced from hundreds to a handful.
